Returning Grünland products

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the Consumer Code. This legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contract proposals, guaranteeing them the right to return the product purchased and to obtain the relative reimbursement of costs incurred, excluding shipping costs. Therefore, you may return footwear if the products do not meet your expectations, are defective, you do not like them or they are not the right size. If you use the BRT Spa courier, Grünland will pay for the return service and return shipping costs.

Timeline

The request for withdrawal must be made within 14 days from the date that the goods are received via our online returns procedure.

Exchange items

For logistical reasons we do not exchange items but we only make refunds. The procedure can be started after receiving the invoice by e-mail, therefore once the order has been processed. If the purchase was made without registration, it will be necessary to return it as an unregistered user, then disconnect the account with the appropriate button at the top right. It is possible to make a new order for size change or item change, as return and order follow two separate procedures.

State of products

From the moment you receive Grünland products, you are responsible for their condition. Specifically, for products to be returned successfully, they must be intact with no signs of wear or stains. Also, please ensure that they do not smell of smoke, perfume, deodorant or detergent. Do not wash the products in any way and, when you try them on, be careful with what you wear to ensure that they are not damaged. Every part of the shoe, including the soles, must be intact and clean. If you try on the shoes, we recommend doing so indoors, preferably on a carpet.

State of packaging

The products must be returned in the packaging they came in when you received them, complete with labels and any other parts included (detachable parts, laces, strings, etc.). Remember that the packaging is also considered part of the product! Shoe boxes must not be damaged in any way (no holes, writing, tape, etc.). You can reuse the box you received for the return: it is designed so that it is easy to open and close.

Damaged / non-compliant products

If you receive products that are faulty (i.e. with obvious manufacturing defects), wrong (i.e. different from the ones you ordered) or damaged due to carelessness during shipment, you must send an email to customer@grunland.com specifying the issue and accompanied by photos of the product which are as detailed as possible. You will be contacted by Grünland to arrange a return.

Refunds

As soon as the return arrives at our warehouse, the shoes will be checked by our staff and, if the conditions for a refund are satisfied, we will immediately initiate the refund procedure.

For orders paid by PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange-rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
